Saskatchewan is reporting 47 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and four additional deaths over a 24-hour period.
The authorities identified one of new cases in the Far North West, 4 in North West, 5 in North Central, 13 in Saskatoon, 5 in Central East, 13 in Regina, 1 in South Central, and 4 in South East.
545 cases are considered active and 80,413 cases are considered recovered, the Saskatchewan government said in a statement.
The statement further added that a total of 110 individuals are hospitalized, including 76 inpatient hospitalizations and 34 ICU hospitalizations, as of November 14, 2021.
Of the 110 patients, 69 (62.7%) were not fully vaccinated, the Saskatchewan government added in its statement.
The Saskatchewan government also added that four new deaths reported today. 941 Saskatchewan residents with COVID-19 have died, with a case fatality rate of 1.1%.
