The Toronto Police arrested and charged a man with second degree murder in connection with a double homicide at 15 Pin Lane.
“On Sunday, September 5, 2021, at 7:53 p.m., officers responded to a call for an unknown trouble at 15 Pin Lane,” the Toronto Police said in a statement.
The statement further added that the officers entered a home to check on the wellbeing of the occupants and located the bodies of two people with obvious signs of trauma. “They were both pronounced deceased on scene. Their deaths are being treated as suspicious.”
The police arrested Kyle Sequeira, 26, of Toronto, and charged him with two counts of Second Degree Murder, the Toronto Police said, adding that he appeared in court at Old City Hall on Monday, September 6, 2021, at 10 a.m., via video link.
The Toronto Police also added that the identities of the victims will not be released at this time.
