The Edmonton Police announced Monday that they are investigating the suspicious death of an adult male in northeast part of the city.
“At approximately 5:05 a.m. this morning, Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, Northeast Division officers were called to check on the welfare of a male at a multi-unit residence in the area of 128 Avenue and 65 Street,” the Edmonton Police Service said in a statement.
The statement further added that the officers located the adult male deceased upon arrival.
Homicide detectives have since taken over the investigation. An autopsy has yet to be scheduled, the Edmonton Police Service added.
