Quebec is reporting 96 additional deaths due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) over a 24 hour period.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec said the health authorities identified 6,705 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
A total of 3,195 individuals are currently hospitalized due to COVID-19 in Quebec.
There was an increase of 110 in overall hospitalizations due to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health and Social Services said.
Currently, 2,920 individuals are being treated in non-ICU wards for COVID-19, an increase of 110 as compared to the previous day.
In Intensive Care Unit, 275 individuals are receiving treatment for COVID-19, a number which remained stable as compared to Friday.
Quebec on Friday reported 7,382 COVID-19 cases and 68 additional deaths over a 24 hour period.
