Saskatchewan reports 107 new cases and 5 deaths due to COVID-19

The authorities identified 9 of the new cases in Far North West, 3 in Far North East, 12 in North West, 2 in North Central (2), 2 in North East, 29 in Saskatoon, 1 in Central West, 11 in Central East, 22 in Regina, 4 in South Central, and 3 and South East zones.

“1,829 cases are considered active and 75,214 cases are considered recovered,” the Saskatchewan Government said in a statement.

The statement further added that as of November 2nd, a total of 222 individuals are hospitalized, including 174 inpatient hospitalizations and 48 ICU hospitalizations.

Of the 222 patients, 154 (69.4) were not fully vaccinated, the Saskatchewan Government said.

Saskatchewan on Monday reported 128 new cases of COVID-19 and three additional deaths due to the virus.
