Toronto Police arrest 2 in relation to September shooting that left one dead, two injured

The Toronto Police announced Wedneaday they have arrested two suspects in relation to September shooting that left one dead and two others wounded.

The shooting happened on Saturday, September 18, 2021, after p.m., in the Oak Street and Sumach Street area, leaving Thane Murray, 27, of Toronto dead.

A 29-year-old man from Toronto was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries following the shooting.

A 27-year-old man from Toronto was also transported to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Police said on Monday, December 13, 2021, police arrested and charged Noah Anderson, 20, of Toronto, with First Degree Murder, and two counts of Attempt Murder.

On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, police arrested and charged Junior Jahmal Harvey, 20, of Toronto, with First Degree Murder, and two counts of Attempt Murder

The Toronto Police also added that an arrest warrant has been issued for Jabreel Elmi, 27, of Toronto. He is wanted for First Degree Murder, and two counts of Attempt Murder.

Jabreel is described as 5’7″, 180lbs, with a stocky build.

Police are seeking the public’s assistance locating Jabreel. If located, do not approach, call 9-1-1. He is considered armed and dangerous.
