Toronto Police seek public’s help to locate man who set fire to two ATM machines

The Toronto Police are seeking public’s help to locate a man who set fire to two ATM machines earlier in the months of August and November .

The first incident occurred on Monday, August 2, 2021, around 1:00 p.m., in the Wilson Avenue and Jane Street area.

The man reported set fire to an Automatic Teller Machine, located at a bank in the area, the Toronto Police added.

The second incident occurred on Friday, November 5, 2021, around 8:30 p.m., in the Leslie Street and York Mills Road area.

According to Toronto Police, both fires caused significant damage to the ATM machines.

In both cases, the suspect is described as 5’4″-5’5″, 40-60-years-old, with a balding or shaved head, medium to stocky build, and clean shaven.

The Toronto Police also added anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-3200, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
