Two COVID-19 related deaths, 756 new cases reported in Quebec

Quebec is reporting nearly 756 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) amd two additional deaths due to the virus over a 24-hour period.

The Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec said 756 new cases were identified out of 23,013 samples taken on November 27.

Two new deaths were also reported on Monday, for a total of 11,576 deaths in Quebec since the start of Pandemic.

The ministry also reported a slight increase on hospitalizations in the past 24 hours.

Currently, 226 people are hospitalized due to COVID-19, an increase of 10 compared to the previous day.

Meanwhile, the ministry, said 45 people are in intensive care, a decrease of 3 compared to Sunday.

The ministry also added that 22,598 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were administered, including 22,048 in the last 24 hours and 550 before November 28, for a total of 13,594,078 doses administered in Quebec.
